Article 1: Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through websites operated by GoldSilver Reset Plan LLC. A "client" is any natural or legal person placing an order with GoldSilver Reset Plan LLC, validated via our secure payment platform, by check, or by cash.

Article 1a: Age Limit
GoldSilver Reset Plan LLC accepts clients over 16 years old for physical and electronic products and over 18 years old for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars. We aim to restrict access to minors. Even if our content is appropriate for most audiences, our target demographic is a mature audience capable of understanding financial and personal responsibility.
Any newsletter subscriber or customer who does not meet these criteria will be removed from our database and, if applicable, fully refunded. Returns of any products will be required.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or processing unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but the price at the time of order will be honored.

Payment is due immediately at checkout, including for pre-orders. We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. All card information is encrypted and securely processed. Stripe and PayPal are responsible for data encryption and payment processing security.

Article 5: Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check for accuracy. Once the product leaves our system, shipping risks transfer to the buyer. In case of lost shipments, we will do our best to

provide a replacement or a refund based on your warranty coverage.

By purchasing from us or subscribing to our email list, you agree to our use of your personal information for communication and promotional purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of our emails.
